Here at the Wandering Weightlifter we keep

group sessions or intensive workshops for people like you, and your friends.
We work with weekend and recreational sports
people, mums and dads, sports teams, international
athletes, crossfitters, powerliftters and of course
Teaching people how to do the Olympic
Lifts (Snatch Clean & Jerk), the Powerlifts
(Squat, Bench, Deadlift) and a world of other things
in-between to develop strong, confident, and

strong people to keep you motivated, and if you are
keen, we can introduce you to lifting competitively.
We also support established lifters wanting
to progress in training and at competitions.
Lizzie Havers is your strength and conditioning coach is a true ‘Wandering Weightlifter’, as well as being a published writer, and competitive Olympic Weightlifter.
Her passion is to help you discover your strength, by sharing the knowledge she gained through her own struggles to develop a healthy, strong, body while battling with her Hypermobility and own bodyshape.
She has a fun, open and honest approach mixed with a little tough love and plenty of encouragement – just be prepared to get involved and squat!
